Sports medicine acts as a connection between science, exercise, and health. In addition, it catalyzes logical evaluation, study, and comprehension of sports execution. It includes consolidated endeavors of athletic mentors, doctors, physical specialists, and sports researchers to team up and give the most ideal therapeutic consideration for athletic wounds and diseases.

The sports medicine market is required to enroll a CAGR of 7.5% during the forecast period (2019-2024). Certain components that are fuelling the market include rising burden of sports injuries, consistent innovation of new products and treatment modalities, and rising demand for minimally invasive surgeries. The global orthopedics market was valued at $52.8bn in 2017, driven primarily by the growth of the aging population. The market is set to grow to $66.2bn in 2023 at a steady compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3.8 percent.
