Description

Individual differences can be defined as personal characteristics that distinguish learners from each other in the course of education and learning. They have many variables that are essential to the realization of sensitive development as a quality feature and have a proven track record as predictors of symptoms, past successes.

Inexperienced individual variations are gender, age, intellect, skills, interests, prior knowledge and acquisition of knowledge, a sense of motivation and control, self- efficacy, and epistemological beliefs. The degree of diversity of personality traits, skills, abilities, needs, and interests in all classrooms requires a differentiated approach to education at all school levels.

These occur as person variations in intelligence, creativity, cognitive style, motivation, and the capability to procedure information, communicate, and relate to others.

Causes of Differentiation

There are numerous reasons which can be accountable in bringing person variations.

Heredity: Some heretical tendencies convey from one person to other. An person`s height, size, form and colour of hair, form of face, nose, palms and legs heretical qualities. Intellectual variations also are to incredible volume motivated via way of means of hereditary factor.

Motor skills: There are differences in athletic performance. These differences can be seen at different ages. Some people can easily perform mechanical tasks, while others are at the same level but very difficult to perform these tasks.

Surroundings: The environment causes individual differences in activities, attitudes, lifestyles, personalities, and so on. The environment refers not only to the physical environment, but also to different types of people, societies, cultures, customs, traditions, social heritage, ideas and ideals.

Age and intelligence: Physical, intellectual and emotional development is caused by aging. Many individuals differ due to differences in intelligence. People with below average intelligence and mental age are very difficult to learn, and people with average intelligence can learn quickly.

Gender difference: Gender inequality in education is a form of gender discrimination in the education system that affects both men and women during and after education. Men tend to have higher literacy rates on the global average, but many countries have higher literacy rates for women. Men and women find that there are gender gaps in achieving their educational goals. The level of education for men and women may be the same, but it is more difficult for women to reach senior management positions, which may increase future employment and financial concerns. Past, but the gender gap in education has reversed in recent decades in most Western countries and many non-Western countries.

Economic situation and education: Individual differences are caused by the financial state of parents and the education of their children. Similarity and equality between children of two economic classes is impossible.

Reduce Individual Differences

People are created with different characters and personalities that make each one unique. We are similar in some respects, but there are still some factors .We were not 100% born in the same way, they have the same inner and outer characteristics at the same time. Remember that we are all descendants from different ascendants, and this is actually a wall built to understand that everything will never be the same. Twins can be identical because they adjust in several physical aspects. They had the same parents, came from the same embryo, and stayed together in the mother's precious womb for several months. But as they grow together, they discover their differences. All decisions made by an individual are a test of their knowledge related to the dynamics of the situation. At a given time depends on the logic of the situation in which that knowledge is used. Changes are the result of changes in knowledge and intentional or unintentional changes in a situation.
