Online education platform for adult higher education can be implemented based on research on recommended method of online courses. The best platform for creating mobile applications is Android to its open-source kernel code, excellent human-computer interaction design, and intelligence that has made mobile devices an integral part of people's lives. With the recent rapid growth of the economy, society has placed forth many new expectations for sustained learning, and many new issues have oriented in adult higher education. Adult education is an important component of long-time learning. The distance learning medium is online education. Due to the on-going development of Internet and the on-going increase and rapid development of online education, it provides previously unheard-of chances for the development and use of highest educational resources.
