Talking about the political right in general was a duty incumbent upon the states, and strengthened between persons with disabilities and people without disabilities, and imposed by the case and the reality of these people from the provision of equipment and means compatible with their needs, This development in civilized nations impose himself at all levels and areas particularly the political one, that is inseparable from being the rights of persons with disabilities, the area of our study in this search was for the political right of the disabled in accordance with international charters and Jordanian legislation, and the commitment of the Jordanian legislation and bring it into line with international conventions that took care of that right for the disabled, And it was found in this study what the disability and political right of the disabled, and the Islam for it, and we tried to study international legislation that addressed the political right of the disabled, and its reflection on the reality of Jordanian legislation.
