The purpose of this research is to study the impact of perceived organizational support and management openness and teacher personality traits on teacher voice. Voice is defined as the discretionary communication of ideas, suggestions or concerns about work-related issues with the intent to improve organizational functioning. Sample of the study consisted of 223 teachers working at 10 randomly selected primary schools in AltÃ?±ndaÃ?Â?, Çankaya, Etimesgut, Keçiören, Mamak and Yenimahalle districts in downtown Ankara. Results showed that teachers displayed a medium level of voice. Significant correlations were found between teacher voice and teachers’ personality traits, and organizational variables (perceptions of organizational support and management receptivity). Regression analysis showed that extraversion and perceived management openness were the strongest predictors of teacher voice.
